Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating a profile and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be able to form a legally binding agreement (or have a parent or guardian's consent, where applicable) to use Cine Mitra. Keep your login credentials secure, and use two-factor authentication where possible.

Casting calls and project listings must accurately represent the role, production, and any compensation offered. Applying to a casting call does not itself create an employment or engagement relationship — any such relationship is between the applicant and the production house, subject to whatever agreement they separately reach.

Paid features on the platform are processed through Razorpay. Fees, where applicable, are shown before you complete a payment. Cine Mitra is not a party to any private payment or engagement arrangement made directly between users off-platform.

Do not impersonate another person or organization, post false credits or misleading casting information, harass other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. See our Community Guidelines for conduct expectations on posts and comments.

You retain ownership of content you post (profile media, credits, project details, community posts). By posting it, you grant Cine Mitra the license needed to display it on the platform as part of providing the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. You can request deletion of your own account at any time through Contact Us.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
