• Account and profile information you provide directly — name, contact details, photos, credits, skills, availability, and similar profile content, including for talent and crew profiles, production house/organization profiles, and marketplace listings.
• Casting and project activity — casting calls you post or apply to, project and casting requirement details, and messages or notes tied to that activity.
• Payment information processed through our payment provider, Razorpay, for any paid features on the platform. We do not store full card or bank account numbers ourselves.
• Session and security data — sign-in sessions, device/IP information, and two-factor authentication status, used to keep your account secure.
• Usage data collected automatically, such as pages viewed and actions taken on the platform.

To operate your account and profile, connect casting calls with applicants, process payments, secure your account (sessions, 2FA), respond to support requests, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Profile information you mark as public is visible to other users and, for public listings such as casting calls and marketplace entries, to visitors browsing the site. You control visibility settings on your own profile. Production houses see applicant information for the casting calls they post; we do not share your data with unrelated third parties for marketing.

You can review and update most profile information directly from your account, manage active sessions and two-factor authentication from Account & security, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law (such as access, correction, or portability of your data).
