Our mission is simple to state and hard to do: make it possible for talent to be discovered on the strength of their work, and for production houses to cast and crew with confidence in who they're hiring.
Why this matters
Too much good talent in film and entertainment never gets seen, and too much hiring still runs on who you already know. A shared, verifiable record of profiles, credits, and casting history — open to anyone willing to build it — changes that for both sides of the table.
What we are building toward
- A verification system that makes a Cine Mitra profile something you can trust at a glance.
- Real, live casting and project opportunities — not listings that go stale.
- A path for crew, not just cast, to be found and hired the same way.
- Education through the Academy so newer talent can build real skills, not just a profile.
